We’ll walk through the basics of quick pickling and traditional methods, covering balance, flavor building, and how to properly store your finished products. You’ll get a chance to work with fresh vegetables, explore different brines, and understand how acidity, salt, and time all play a role.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with your own house-made pickles and the confidence to start experimenting in your own kitchen.
