Join us for a hands-on introduction to the art of pickling. In this interactive class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of preserving seasonal ingredients using simple techniques you can easily recreate at home.

We’ll walk through the basics of quick pickling and traditional methods, covering balance, flavor building, and how to properly store your finished products. You’ll get a chance to work with fresh vegetables, explore different brines, and understand how acidity, salt, and time all play a role.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with your own house-made pickles and the confidence to start experimenting in your own kitchen.
